HI! I’M KATI…

Even as a young girl growing up in rural Washington state, I was completely fascinated by people. I wanted to explore their inner world and understand what made them tick. What I love most about my work is making mental health accessible, giving people permission to be open, and arming them with information that makes a difference.

“When brands and organizations normalize and prioritize mental health, the door to unprecedented growth and connection opens.”

Whether producing YouTube videos, giving talks to employees at Fortune 500 companies or writing a book, my goal is to always to break down barriers, increase awareness and share simple tools that fuel noticeable change.
